Trivion is a Greater Toronto Area drafting and 3D-scanning studio. We produce measured as-built drawings, Revit / BIM models, point clouds, and 360° walkthroughs for the teams that have to design, price, build, or manage what's already there.
What we do.
Our work begins on site, not at a keyboard. We capture buildings with LiDAR, photogrammetry, and 360° interior scanning, then translate that capture into the deliverables your team actually uses — clean DWGs, coordinated Revit models, point-cloud files you can drop straight into ReCap, and walkthrough links you can share by URL.
Everything we deliver is verified against the source data. If something on the drawing doesn't match the building, we re-measure.

How we work.
Four things we hold ourselves to on every project — small enough to actually mean something.
Coordination by default
Layers, titleblocks, and Revit templates set up to whatever standard your team uses. Less re-formatting on your side; more time on design.
Speed without shortcuts
Most single-floor commercial as-builts deliver within 5–10 business days from capture. Bigger jobs get a real date, not a vague one.
Plain communication
One point of contact through the project. You'll know when we're on site, when files are coming, and what's in them.
You own the data
Drawings, models, scans — they're yours. We send the source files alongside the deliverable so you're not locked into anything.
Quiet on site
Scans are non-invasive. We work around tenants, customers, or staff and keep disruption to a minimum.

Roof, façade, and full-site capture using overlapping high-resolution imagery, reconstructed into orthomosaics and 3D meshes.
CAD & BIM
AutoCAD and Revit on current versions, with layer / view templates set up to match your office standard.
QC pass on every deliverable
Each set goes through a separate review against scan data and photo reference before it ships.
Backed up & archived
Project files and source captures are backed up redundantly so revisions and future work are easy to pick up.
