We scan and measure existing buildings and turn the data into verified drawings, BIM models, and point clouds for design, renovation, permitting, and facilities work.
What we do
We visit the site, scan and measure it, and turn that into measured DWGs, BIM models, point clouds, and virtual walkthroughs. Every deliverable is verified against the source scan. If it doesn't match reality, we re-measure.
Every drawing is checked by a licensed engineer before delivery, in partnership with Kernel Engineering, a firm licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario.

Coordination by default
Layers, titleblocks, and Revit templates set up to whatever standard your team uses. Less re-formatting on your side.
Speed without shortcuts
Most single-floor commercial as-builts deliver within 5 to 10 business days from capture. Bigger jobs get a real date.
Plain communication
One point of contact through the project. You'll know when we're on site, when files are coming, and what's in them.
You own the data
Drawings, models, scans. They're yours. We send the source files alongside the deliverable so nothing is locked in.
Quiet on site
Scans are non-invasive. We work around tenants, customers, or staff, and keep disruption to a minimum.

Roof, façade, and full-site capture using high-resolution imagery reconstructed into orthos and 3D meshes.

AutoCAD and Revit on current versions, with layer and view templates set up to your office standard.
QC on every deliverable
Each set goes through a separate review against scan data and photo reference before it ships.
Backed up & archived
Project files and source captures are backed up so revisions and future work are easy to pick up.
